Susan is originally from Leicestershire England and came to America as a Nursery Nurse in 1983. She has lived in many States due to her husband Troy’s active career in the Coast Guard as a Search and Rescue helicopter pilot.  Susan and her family now live in Sedona Arizona.

Susan Deierling has been investing in real estate in the United States for more than 24 years. She has been a licensed Realtor for 18 of those years and puts her extensive negotiating experience to work for her clients.

She understands the importance of finding her clients a one of a kind deal while assuring they receive the highest return on their investment.

As a resident of Sedona Arizona Susan specializes in New Home Construction & Residential Resale.  Susan watches the market closely and helps new and experienced investors make the right decisions at the right time.

Susan is an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Sedona in Sedona and Cottonwood  & has earned the designations of (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative, (CSP) Certified Sales Professional & Ethics Instructor. Susan is a member of the National Assoc of Realtors, Arizona Assoc. of Realtors and the Sedona Verde Valley Assoc. of Realtors.

In her time off, Susan enjoys hiking around the red rocks of Sedona with her family.  Susan is an avid photographer and enjoys oil painting, hiking, gardening & horse riding.
