Kathy Dunham, Sedona REALTOR ®

Kathy has been assisting clients with their real estate goals since 1995.  She owned an independent real estate company in Houston, Texas before relocating to Sedona, which she claims is her “real home.”  Soon after moving to Sedona in 2009, Kathy opened a Sedona independent real estate company.  Her background includes careers in banking and law, each involving aspects of real estate.

Kathy is known for her dedication, patience, loyalty and high ethical standards.  She recognizes that owning a home represents security and stability and finds it very rewarding to assist clients in meeting their very individualized goals.

Kathy has gone through extensive training as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert.  In this endeavor she learned Harvard Business School negotiation skills tailored to the real estate profession.

She is also credentialed as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, although she represents sellers as well as buyers.

After her move in 2009, Kathy became an active and engaged member of the Sedona community.  She is a champion for sustainability and a steward for clean water.  She has held several leadership positions on the Oak Creek Watershed Council.  She is also an avid birder and is a member of the Northern Arizona Audubon Society.  Kathy is passionate about her Sedona community and is a volunteer neighborhood coordinator for the Yavapai Food Council’s Green Bag program.  She is also a member of the Verde Valley Archeological Center, the Museum of Northern Arizona and is an active volunteer member of the Crossing Worlds Hopi Projects team.
